Not a Medical Device. Penni is a wellness application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or prescribing physician regarding your GLP-1 medication and dietary choices.

Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Health Data. By using Penni, you consent to the collection and processing of health-related information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data.

Meal Photos. Photos you submit are processed to generate nausea risk scores. By submitting photos, you grant Easily Group LLC a limited licence to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the App's features.

Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property. All content, features, and functionality of Penni are owned by Easily Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties. Penni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easily Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Penni.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
